ALDERMEN PRESENT: Daniel Waffenschmidt, Kari Clappier, Scott Berg, Howard Washechek, Richard Brunner, Michael Jakus, Steve Ponto, Karl Schulz, Gary Mahkorn, Jim Heinrich, Brad Steinke
ALDERMEN ABSENT & EXCUSED: Jim Garvens, Tom Schellinger, Donald Bauer
ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Sue Schalig, Deputy City Clerk Renee Tadych, Chief of Staff Dean Marquardt, Director of Human Resources Jim Zwerlein
Mayor Bloomberg called the special meeting of the Common Council to order at approximately 6:15 p.m.
ACTIONS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL
COUNCIL AS A WHOLE
Alderman Washechek moved approval of the Resolution authorizing the City to possibly contract with a single provider for health insurance coverage for its employees and retirees for calendar year 2002. The motion was seconded by Alderman Ponto and carried unanimously. Resolution No. 6823*
Alderman Berg moved approval of the Mayor's Appointments - Robert Scott, Director of Finance. A City representative to the Brookfield Convention & Visitors Bureau Board. The motion was seconded by Alderman Ponto and carried unanimously.
Alderman Berg moved to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Alderman Waffenschmidt and carried unanimously. 6:35 p.m.
