July 18, 2000 - Final approval for Norhardt Crossing, approved plan for
developing corner of Capitol Dr. and Calhoun Rd., approved placement of
gas pipeline through Mitchell Park for a huge fee
June 20, 2000 - Approved purchase of GIS for city maps, purchased houses
to be torn down for new Brookfield Elementary school and traded them for
Endicott Park
June 6, 2000 - Approved ground lease for Wilson Center for the Arts,
hired Director of Information Technology, buried power lines around
future Towne Center, discussed land swap with school district
May 16, 2000 - Brookfield Academy athletic fields, Brookfield road
municipal well site, PDD for corner of Moorland Road & Bluemound Road,
Approved engineering study that eventually recommended the Barker Road -
North Avenue roundabout, Discussed city's role in Wilson Center for the
Arts
