Consolidated Court Automation Programs 

The state of Wisconsin has taken open public records to a new plateau. It is now possible for anyone to look up most circuit court records for the last ten years, including felonies, traffic citations, divorces, bad debts and law suits.  You can do this completely anonymously.

1. Follow the link: http://wcca.wicourts.gov/index.xsl
2. On the first page, press "I Agree" in the gray box in the middle.
3. On the "Simple Case Search" form, fill in the information for the person.

As of January, 2008, there are 15 hits for "Scott A. Berg".  None have Ald. Berg's birthday and none of them are, in fact, Alderman Berg.
